I have a 19 ft. awning; A & E Systems 'Travel Awn 5000'. Blue and white
stripes.
The torsion assembly seems to be broken (as it rolls and unrolls without
any opposing force.)
Is this an easy fix?

Also, in the location where we keep it parked we can only unroll this
awning about 4 1/2 feet, so I'll have to find a way to keep it fixed
partially open. (trees) Is this too weird?
