[A/S] Re: Rollover in SUVs, pickups and Suburbans

Although the higher center of gravity does make SUV's (including suburbans), 
pickups, full size vans, etc. more likely to roll over, the bottom line fact 
is if you drive a SUV or pickup truck, you have a better chance of surviving 
to see tomorrow when you get behind the wheel than if you drive a car.  The 
mortality rate per mile driven is lower in the SUVs / pickups.  A porche is 
designed to avoid accidents -- a suburban is designed to survive one.

So for me, I'll keep driving as big of a vehicle as I can (I understand the 
basic laws of physics).
