I wonder what percentage of the total weight the furnishings and walls are?

Either way I usually take along a 150lb toolbox, that wheel well is just
dying for a toolbox shelf on top of it. As a matter of fact, there would
still need to be a shallow shelf along the back wall either way to cover the
existence of the wheel well. My trailer also has the single lung battery
charger right behind the wheel well on that side. My frig is in front on that
side also. Not sure if there'd be room on the door side even with twisting
the kitchen. Might be able to put a smaller one under the counter though, we
never use the Oven anyway. This would work really well if I also installed a
microwave, which my excella originally came equipped with anyway.

I guess I would only be able to shift the aisle over about 12 to 16", could
still make for a more compact situation for the kitchen and bath amidships
though. with the aisle over there and the shallower shelf, one could also put
in another window with vista view or two, would make for a really custom look
from the outside, not to mention really illuminating things up on the inside.
Our trailer is rather dark in the center between the wheel wells with all the
cabinetry in there.

This brings to mind another thought I had once, about rebuilding all the
cabinets only up to counter level, with semi opaque walls for the
shower/bath-Kitchen and bath/bedroom separation adding windows down both
sides of the trailer, would certainly make for an open feel to the interior.

I just had another thought about the balancing question, with the kitchen
cabinets and a bath shower seat backed up too each other, what about stacking
a couple of the water tanks in the space below right over the axles.

You know, it's kinda late, maybe I should just stop thinking, until I can see
the sun again.
