I spoke to them again today.  They will not pay me unless I have the trailer 
repaired..... a grey clause in my policy.  They say it means one thing, I 
read it differently.

What really pisses me off is Don had his hail damage estimated in Washington 
and got a check immediately... even after he told them he wasn't even going 
to repair his trailer.

They won't pay me even if I pay off the lien./

I tried to explain how difficult it is for me to move out of it, especially 
with 2 dogs and 2 cats..... it was like talking to a robot.

The irony is, I will have it fixed... better that than lose $10,000.

When I do it will probably be more expensive than the Billy Sims estimate, so 
they have to pay the repair at a higher cost....  Plus they will have to pay 
for me to stay in a hotel...... another expense. 

It would be cheaper for them to simply send me a check now...
