I am planning to spend my winter down in Mulege, Baja, Mexico. I would like 
to sell my Ford E-150 puller and get something a bit beefier and newer to 
pull my Safari.

I would like to sell the Ford van in Mexico because it will cost mucho 
bucks to bring the smog system back up to California Standards.

Since it is a complete camper in it's own right, I thought it might fetch a 
reasonable price in Mexico. But can I sell the vehicle down there?
