I fixed the door hinge today by drilling holes big enough to get a socket
through. I then removed the old nuts, held in place by putty, and bolts. I
replaced the bolts with new SS bolts and used SS Nylock nuts and jam nuts. The
door now hangs with an even gap all the way around. The holes were easy to
hide sense the "fuzzy " wall covering was just glued back to the inter
aluminum skin then the door molding put back in place. You can't tell anyone
ever touched the area.

I just read the note on how to remove the monitor panel. so I will attack that
tomorrow.
