Sounds like the usual "the dog ate my homework" kind of excuse. The manufacturer is never to blame for his faults, it is always the mysterious someone in Washington. Moving right along, the aluminum comes from Alcoa coated now. Probably because it is cheaper that way. It may be better, too.
