[A/S] Caravelle

We're considering a '66 Caravelle, but have several questions.  It has
curved, tempered glass windows - they seem vulnerable when open ... are they
replaceable?  What are options for water heater replacement?  The floor is
mostly solid, but is soft in a portion of the open area toward the front (by
the refrig).  The floor seems mostly solid in the bathroom along the back).
How difficult is it to replace floor sections?  Anything else we should
consider?
