[A/S] Inspection tips for '60 Overlander?

Hi All

I will be looking at a 1960 Overlander International (Rear bath, 
center double) as a possible purchase in the next week. Any tips 
specific to this model or era would be appreciated.

Based on phone calls and a few exterior images it appears to be very 
original and complete. Flooring, drapes appliances etc are original. 
Windows are original and in good working order.
Skin appears to be in good shape and not heavily oxidized. Subfloor 
has been described as solid but I will verify that on inspection. 
Interior is described as very clean. Tires are new, bearings and 
brakes described as recently serviced.

My proposed tow vehicle is a '99 Tahoe with a 350 engine and 3.73 
rear end. Weight of trailer based on info from list I expect is about 
4300 lbs dry and empty.

Thanks in advance for any responses, I enjoy the list tremendously 
and hopefully can contribute more once I actually own a vintage 
airstream.
