Camping World has three catalytic units between $160 - $300.  They are 
larger and less portable than the Coleman but look like they pack a lot 
more power.  I am in a mild climate and don't need so much heat.

I have camped many times in the mountains and the benefit of a heater in 
the van far outweighed the loss of heat in the small opening in the window.
