In Hood River, Or. I noticed an RV in the parking lot several days in a row, 
with the lawn chair out front and owner reading the paper.  I think this is 
kind of pushing it, don't you?  I can see staying more than one day in 
emergency situation with permission but just camping out is going to cause us 
all to lose this priviledge.
I think RV park owners might do better if they had "boondocking areas" for 
those who just need to pull in for the night with no hookups.  I don't 
begrudge them some rent for the space, but don't always want to pay $20 and 
up just to sleep for a few hours. Seems if I remember correctly, Escapees 
does this? good idea!
