Monogram Sanitation still makes toilets for aircraft, and made
recirculation toilets for RV's, just like the the toilets in older
aircraft - with the "blue water".  The whole premise is to fill up that
tank with X gallons of water, add the special blue goo, and then use
away.  The switch activates a timed pump that "recirc's" the fluid to
rinse the bowl.  You empty the tank via the bottom drain into a dump
station at the end of your trip, or whenever it fills up to a certain
level.  Didn't catch on in the RV world.  Something about pumping waste
around bothers people.  Was also hard to control smell.  On the upside,
they don't use your potable water all up flushing toilets, though.

As for parts, it's going to be the big places like Camping World where
you are going to find 'em.
