I have two ZipDee Awnings. The larger one on the curb side is 17 feet long. The smaller one on the street side is 15 feet long. In removing them, the 15 foot awning tension was released by unwinding the forward arm 13 times. When removing the 17 footer, the tensioned arm on the rear "got away" and did a free spin.
