I would first take a look at regular auto radios.   You might also
consider getting one with a CD player.   Don't forget another alternative
is a boom box which will include radio, cassette, and CD players. They
give you some moving around flexibility which is nice.  Sony is a good
brand.  Most of them run on 110 however and you may need to buy a small
inverter to plug into your 12V in the trailer when 110V is not available.
When you do this be sure and find an inverter that will work with boom
boxes.  I pick one up, 300 watt, and after I got it found in the small
print in instructions "not recommended for boom boxes'.  Reason is that
it creates a very loud hum.  You can find  pop rivet equipment at your
local hardware for under $20.00
