I bought a riv-nut tool at Menards once, but it was on strong discount,
may not be there now. McMaster-Carr has several (www.mcmaster.com), some
at princely prices.

My friend bought an SOB this summer with stabilization jacks bolted to
the frame. On his second trip he wiped a couple off on a driveway
because they stuck down enough to drag. He's added some steel shoes to
the frame in front of them for protection. He has a collection of
mangled jacks from just one trip.
