Hunter, Yes, it's possible to connect new batteries to your old ones, but you don't seperate them. (as in "new batteries for solar") It might not be such a good idea to do so, however. It's bad form to parallel non-identical batteries. Not only should they be the same manufacturer, type, and capacity, but they should be the same AGE. <<Jim>>
