My 2 RV deep cycle batteries were replaced by 4 type 27 AGM glass mat
Lifeline batteries.  The weight difference is substantial.  The Lifeline
AGMs weigh about 70 lbs each.   I think a typical deep cycle battery in the
type 27 weighs about 40+lbs.

thing that sold me on them.  Besides the years of maintenance, worry-free
camping I think I will enjoy.  The vendor suggested that I probably will
never purchase replacement batteries.

I used the dinette seat for the storage of 3 of them plus the 1500 watt
inverter/converter and I put the other one into the battery compartment
which is under the TV on the 34 footers.  I have room for one more battery
of the same size.I intentionally left this space open because the wiring
would be much easier from here.

All the controls are neatly installed on the same panel under the TV next to
the battery cutoff switch..

I had AJL solar do the job....they did a good job, but the logistics were a
little screwed up and I had to wait and wait for them.  After all kinds for
pre-planning and pre-paying too!
