We have the Yellow on Black plates from 1965 but the DMV won't let us reinstall them. Year of Manufacture (YOM) plates can only be reinstalled, or installed for the first time, on 1962 and earlier vehicles (Black on Yellow). Maybe when the '60's muscle cars restorers start hollering, the DMV will change their mind. Those new reflector plates kind of detract.... RJ & Krista
