Judy, I couldn't get Vulkem 116 locally but I did find OSI Sealents Professional Line Polyurethane that has the same specifications ( TT-S-00230C, Type II Class A). It is packaged in 3 or 4 different looking tubes for roof flashing and cement repair etc. but all are the same product, just different colors. I use the gray.
