I just replaced the twins and front goucho foam in my trailer...I had custom
mattresses made for the twins, from Sleepaire in Seattle for $274, one
week
delivery time, they fit like a glove in the A/S.  My size was
75x32x7.5".  The quality
is better than midrange, residential type, firm and VERY comfortable!
For the front goucho, I contacted a local foam shop and had a 3/4 size
4"
mattress cut to the same sizes as the three goucho pieces.  The foam lady also glued
eggcrate foam, 2", upside down on top of each piece (fingers pointed
down, smooth side up).
So the total depth is 6" on each section.  With firm foam under and softer on top, it has a very
comfortable feel to sleep on. I had the covers already and she stuffed them for
me...Total cost was $189.  The covers would have cost about another $100 for
plain cotton zippered ones, not upholstery fabric.  Also one week delivery time.

For dirt control and decorating I use twin side sheets on all as slip covers.
They are a little large for the twin beds, being 39" wide for a 32" custom
mattress, but the excess tucks around by the wall.  The twin sheet fits exactly
on the two pieces of goucho that form the seat and back rest, in the up or down
position.  Currently we have a brightly deco'd interior with Disney characters on
the sheets...A trip to the bedding store is in order for a more
sophistocated and appropriate theme.
