Phil,
The original 24" long frige vent cover is not available, but there is a way to modify one that is available. Call any Airstream repair place and ask for the aluminum frige vent cover that is the closest fit It is 28" long. It costs about $50. Then take it to a metal shop and have them cut it across the middle and
weld it together so it is 24" long. Then have them hem the long edges so the terminating edges are horizontal rather than vertical (when you see it and compare it to the original you'll know what I mean). This should cost you about $25 to $50. Now you have an almost identical cover to the original, but made out of
aluminum. The only difference is the scar across the midsection. This can be ground down with a dremel.
