[a/s] Day 21 in Jackson Center

Folks -

I may have to pay taxes if I stay here much longer. I am sure that I could register and vote with little trouble,
other than the tax angle. The sofa is still in transit from California.

In the meantime I still have leaking outside door, shower door, wall and toilet. Sheesh. Is this damned thing
haunted? The sofa is supposed to arrive tomorrow or the day after and then work will start. I am hoping to
get the thing done by the end of the week or early in next week. Am I dreaming? I will let you know.

This place empties out on Saturday morning. All the folks who had work done which ended on Friday usual
leave Saturday morning. Then the parking lot is empty except for ae, Howard and his dog Pepper and a few
others. Howard is learning to be the trained mechanic that the company sends on company caravans. His
dog is learning to catch tennis balls. Then on Sunday afternoon the rigs start appearing. Folks are rolling on
for Monday morning work. The spaces fill up and on Monday morning rigs drive or are pulled into the
service facility some as early as 6:00 AM. Most go in at 7:00 AM. THey stay in the shop until after 4:00 when
they are towed or driven back to the spots they came form and remain in their spots until morning to repeat
the cycle or leave. So it is.

The park here has three point hookups and costs $10 a night if you are not here for service. For many who
think they have air conditioner problems, as did I, hooking up to a good power source made the difference.
My AC starts right up without a drag and runs well. I had thought the unit was defective. This drag
happened in some parks which had the voltage. I guess the amperage was not there; the "push." Anybody
understanding electricity who can explain Ohm's Law ins simple English, please explain the push and why
the AC drags. Thanks.

Sandy, who is beginning to talk like a Buckeye.
