Maybe it's the same simple thing that happened to us.  I didn't get all the 
water (clean) out of the toilet bowl and it slopped out on the bathroom floor 
while under tow (probably on a steep grade).

I put one of those sponge sheets in the bowl (after getting it emptied) for 
the return trip 'just in case'.
