Just between you & me, if the trailer catches fire, I'm out of there! I have 
been a firefighter & fire marshal in Orlando (25 years) an adjunct instructor 
at the National Fire Academy (10+years) and now teach at the local fire 
training facility & at the Florida Fire College in Ocala (35+ years total). 
I'm too old to die being a hero. That is too close to the LP tanks for me. I 
pay my insurance premiums for replacements.  But, have at it if you've a mind 
to.....
Also, I have seen hitches stolen from the receiver while the tow vehicle is 
parked in a lot and the trailer is not attached. Not life threatening but it 
will delay you and cost you money. I worked at U-Haul and everyone bought a 
lock for the trailer coupler. I sold a lot of locking pins after explaining 
to customers how a trailer can be disconnected and stolen with all of their 
stuff by simply pulling the drawbar out of the receiver and putting it in the 
receiver of another vehicle, even with the coupler locked on to the drawbar. 
Just food for thought.     (I have a locking pin!)     Bill
