Hi Gang,

Great news!!!  We are moving to a new server.  You won't have to do 
anything..... we, or Ewan..will move you all over so the change will be 
effortless on your parts.  The address will be a bit different, but you will 
be informed when it happens.

Why is this good news... for two reasons... for you guys it means that you 
have the option of getting the list as you always have, individual letters,  
or in a digest version.  Digest doesn't mean a condensed version (like the 
Reader's Digest) it simply means instead of lots of emails all day... a 
certain amount will tally up and one long email will be sent to you at the 
end of the day... or whenever.

For those of you who get the digest you will have to remember to change the 
subject line when you respond to a thread.  All of us will have to learn not 
to keep sending whole letters in our responses.... IOW cut the letter, you 
are responding to, down to a few lines..enough to remind us of the thread.  I 
refuse to get anal about this.... lots of people will forget and leave whole 
posts..... it will really annoy the people who get the digests as they will 
have to keep scrolling through already read stuff.... but I can't be a 
watchdog about it.  If it's really bugging you, don't get the digest.  I will 
send reminders, but that's the extent of it.

I will have the ability to monitor mail sent by individuals who don't quite 
"get it"  and keep sending off topic subjects...... don't worry, 99% of the 
list will be exactly as before as far as me monitoring.  I don't now and 
pretty much won't after the change. It's a real pain for me.....  and most of 
you don't need monitoring (c:

I know you all will really like the new and improved server..... "It's a good 
thing"
