My 66 Safari has a well working oven, but I cook a lot of things that 
require a top burner.

There is a shelf partition inside the oven - under which is the burner.

Below the burner is 3 - 4 inches of space to the bottom of the oven.  Does 
anyone know if this space was designed for top broiling.  With the right 
pan it looks like one could broil a steak or make nachos :)

Thanks for any help on this.  I'm starving.
