Down here in Florida we often learn the hard way:  when you park your
rig, and
especially if coming in from a trip, wash
and "wax" (sealant) the trailer, and tow
vehicle.  Three or 4 times a year, use 
Armorall (303 is better) on all - repeat,
all - exposed rubber (tires after washing 
the inner and outer sides, but do not
get the slick stuff on the tread; all window,
vent, hatch seals; electrical wiring). Then
use wheel covers to protect tires from the
direct rays of the sun.  With wheel covers
and sealant you will double their life.  You
can use the common wheel cover for each
wheel, a drop shield of awning material
fastened to the coach body, or a piece of
marine plywood (painted silver it matches your 'Stream) wide enough and
long 
enough to extend into the wheel well.

Rinse your coach frequently, use a wax
or sealant every 3 to 6 months.  Some 
washing additives (e.g., ProtectAll) will
supplement the same brand "wax", and
twice a year will be enough. Frequency is
dependent on air pollution, acid rain, etc.
Bottom line:  protect your investment!
