As I read this I wonder if you have a lemon law..... I think you should have 
an Airstream.... a new different one than you have now.

The bad news is you did have the wreck so many of your problems sound like 
they are a result of that wreck.  I would think a bent frame could put the 
trailer out of plumb whcih would result in a door that doesn't hang right.... 
a sagging frame..... mismatching panels etc.

Maybe it should have been totalled by the insurance company......

I hate that you are having all these problems.
