Dear Richard & Judy,

I don't have my AS yet but would appreciate having a copy of your checklist,
for my growing files, and others from you folks that may use them.  You
could either send an Attachment of your document by email to the group or
send it to me off list.  I think though that others here on the list would
like to see it - maybe add a pertinent comment or two.
