You don't need an "Airstream center" to fix this cable problem.  Get any 
local cable saavy person to check the system for you,

Basically you need to find the splitter, which may be hidden and see that 
the rear cable is connected.  If it is not, then connect it and you should 
be in business.  If it is already connected than check the splitter for 
proper working order by swapping your front TV between the two outputs.  If 
it's broken buy another splitter. If it works than the cable connections on 
the cable to the rear may be poorly installed.  Simply have both ends 
replaced with new RF connectors.  If that fails then your cable has been 
severed and a new cable needs to be run. Before running it make sure that 
the signal is working properly by simply laying it out in the center 
corridor.  Then, if all is well,
you can hide it in the channel where they ran the original cable.
