I'm sure that they manufacture them themselves.

	As to which is better- the only reason that I preffer the PD9100 is the
"charge wizard" option, which gives slightly better performance than the
two stage Magnetek. This is about the only reason , though- they both
shoould do a good job.

	As to how much power (40 vs 55 amp)- really no reason- either one will
simply shut off if overloaded too badly (if you short the outputs,
theoretically, it will not hurt them). I'm kind of a "more power" kind of
guy- the 55 amp will leave some excess capacity for battery charging over
the 40 amp- but either would suffice.
