i am looking at an 88, 32' excella 1000 for sale

looking in the nada guides i see three models the 32m,32sb, and 32wtb, can 
someone tell me what these letters stand for?

also any good or bad news on the 88 models that anyone knows to avoid or be 
glad about will be appreciated.

they are asking 16m w/ 1yr old a/c, refrig is 2yrs old bought it for mother 
to livein and she didnt want any part of that.
said it has not been around any salt water either.

what do ya'll think?
