Hunter is soooooo right.  Storage is a premium, especially low riding
storage.  You can wrap items in a towel to prevent rattles and damage
and all.  Ovens aren't much used in Airstreams usually, since summer
trips are not made in weather that makes us want the heat generated by
baking.  In a vintage unit, you can often find a spotlessly clean oven
in a trailer that looks like a family of baboons used it hard for 30
years. 
  Space in the Bvan is really at a premium and both the microwave and
the oven have their assigned items on every trip.
