Hi Hunter,
The cabinet where the stove should be affords 2 large shelves for all that 
cool stuff!
My question to you would be....so do you think I actually need a "built in 
cook top" or could I get away with a coleman 2 burner portable camper stove? 
I don't know how dangerous those small cylinder propane canisters are to 
travel with...and can you use the camper stove inside for coffee etc. I have 
only used them tent camping and it was obviously outside. I am going to have 
to get something to make COFFEE on! A toaster over would take the place of a 
reg. oven for all my cooking needs plus outdoor grilling of course!

ps...I personally love the travel log...and the photos from this list. I am
