Nope....it was only 3 years old.... cost approx $50,000 new... I figured it 
was probably in okay shape.  I sent the salesman out to see what color the 
carpet and drapes were.... he said "grey"

That was okay... the carpet is seafoam, the drapes ivory (c: Never send a 
colorblind salesman to look at colors.

He assured me that it was "like new" and had never been smoked in.... at 
least it didn't smell like smoke or anything bad.  

He was right.  I drove to Atlanta... nervous.  I had the two dogs with me. He 
ushered me into the office to do the paperwork... "Um, could I see it first?" 
 I said.  

When I went into it it was beyond what I had hoped for. The condition in and 
out was perfect.  Clean, perrfectly cared for.... a real "cream-puff"
