I do use my exhaust brake alot.. I'm embarrassed to say it took me 1,000 
miles to realize it kicks in much earlier when I take the overdrive off.... 
not sure why... but it's better.

If you think you are driving too fast, you probbaly are.

I never drive more than 200 miles a day... I keep it leisurely.  I will kick 
it up to 70 on long straight flat freeways where the limit is 75.... but I 
meander a bit through forests and back roads.  Hell, if I leave at 9:30 am... 
I'll be where I'm ging by noon.

No need to rush....
