I am approaching the same opinion but am willing to keep an open mind until after we leave the 
"new" '99 30W Excella in Jackson Center Monday.  Hopefully they can fix it in a week.  But, I wonder: 
the frame is sagging.  Is there a note on my back that says "Kick Me"?  The shower leaks, the outside 
door is sprung and so on.  The service guy there has been very nice by e-mail and I hope that I can 
report to you all that the folks in Jackson Center do make good on their mistakes.  Some folks get good 
coaches.  Ours is a mess.  I shudder when I think about what I have not found because 1) it hasn't 
appeared or 2) I just cannot see it.  What I have discovered so far is a serious lack of workmanship and 
less quality control.  We will all know in a couple of weeks.

Keep your fingers crossed for me and the service guy in Jackson Center.  Hunter, do some roots and 
voodoo for us.  ;o)
