Warren -

The "jacks" are not jacks but stabilizers.  I have been told that they are not to carry the load of the 
corner but to keep it from moving.  So, crank the "jack/stabilizer" down far enough to be snug but not 
enough to carry the weight of the coach.  This is what I have been told by the dealers and to my 
experience it works.
