I have just re-done the connectors on a 73 Argosy; on the
trailer end I have the following;
Center/7th Pin: Blue Wire = Charge
Line
1st
Pin:
White Wire = Ground
2nd
Pin: Brown
Wire = Right Turn & Stop Lights
3rd
Pin:
Green Wire = Running Lights
4th
Pin:
Red Wire = Left Turn & Stop Lights
5th
Pin:
Yellow Wire = Brake
6th
Pin:
Black Wire = Backup Lights
It is quite likely the wiring you have is for the newer
Pollak connector which, if wired per their standard configuration, differs
slightly from the "standard airstream" configuration, where the
yellow, black and blue wires differ.
