My '97 Dodge 2500HD truck does pretty good. I am getting 17 highway solo
and used to get 12.25 - 12.5 at 60 on interstates towing my 29 foot AS.
(Still don't know about the larger 34 footer we got 2 months ago.

This is with the V10 (8 liter) engine and 3.54 rear end, automatic
transmission.
