Not another Rolling Stones album but a problem I had with our AS and my solution.  I have had so many 
problems with this '99 AS that I seriously doubt that it was new "new", but that is another story.  The "turn 
and lock" window latches stuck something fierce in this coach.  There was one which would not budge at all.  
It would rotate back and forth on its axis which passed through the side of the coach but would not turn on 
the axis parallel to the coach wall.  What this meant was that the window could be closed but not locked.  
What it also meant was that the window in question opened on the road and shattered.  The folks in Jackson 
Center kindly replaced the window to the tune of $448.  And as Hunter says, they didn't even take us out to 
dinner for that.  So, in case your "turn and lock" window latches are sticking similarly, try this:  just dab of 
Lubriplate will make the difference.  Oil will run and silicon will work until it dries out and needs to be 
reapplied.  I couldn't find my Lubriplate so I used a dab of Kant-Sieze the stuff which keeps nuts and bolts 
from sticking together.  It will work just the same.  Regular grease is dark colored and will show if spilled or 
smeared.  Try it if you need this fix.
