After checking all the fuses and connections and still no 12 volt power, I
plugged in the trailer to my Suburban. The lights worked throughout. However
when I unplug the Suburban no 12 volt power. I checked the connections on
the battery in the trailer and they were lose so I tightened them but still
no 12 volt on its own even when hooked up to 110 shore power.

Question if the trailer battery is dead/bad will that disrupt the 12 volt
power even if you are hooked up to 110 shore power?
