The easy way to chk for a ground is to take a length of wire and attach one end
to the trailer frame or bumper .Then chk to make sure it's got a good ground
with a test light ,then remove the lens from your lights and touch the other end
of your wire to the light socket ,if your lights come on then you have a ground
problem if not then you have a power supply problem   Jake
