RE: [a/s] Re:repair dents in airstream trailer

A friend once told me he used "body dough*" to fill a small dent on the
front of his airstream, then painted it with what he called "silver" paint.
He said it matched extremely well and you couldn't really see the repair. I
never saw it myself, but I think this is a reasonable thing to consider. I
don't know if he painted the entire panel (probably) or just the repaired
area. Seems like you would have to paint the entire panel to make it blend
in without it showing. Painting the entire panel would probably work better
for panels that are sort of isolated from others, like the front upper ones.

* Body dough is the stuff automobile body repairmen use on a car's small
dent when the owner wants to save money - you fill the dent with it, then
smoothe the area by sanding before painting.
