YES, I have a solution to the flat tire spins around syndrome. A couple of
years ago I was traveling through the Everglades and came upon an
Airstreamer who had driven with a flat until the tire shredded. Of course,
we were unable to loosen the nuts, since the wheel spun. 
I tried two approaches:
		First, with one person in the tow vehicle, we cranked the
brake controller as high as it would go, and the other person tried to
loosen the lugs. This was a partial solution, as a few of the nuts loosened.
Next, I crawled under the rig and adjusted the brake as tight as it would
go. That allowed us to remove the remaining lugs. I think that the brake
controller solution would work in most situations.
