[a/s] Newbies & tow vehicles

First a short introduction. I am new to this list. I have owned a 19' Bambi
for a year now, bought it new. I have owned a couple of other RVs over the
years and have been around RVs most of my life.

Recently there was a post written by someone who obviously knew little or
nothing about what is required of a tow vehicle (Pook La Roux-"Our Tow
Vehicle"). Instead of trying to offer advise via e-mail (not wise or in this
case even probable) why doesn't someone who lives near Pook offer to spend
part of a day teaching him the basics of tow vehicles and towing. I ride a
BMW motorcycle and subscribe to a couple of BMW mailing lists. This is a
very common practice among BMW owners/riders and I certain that Airstreamers
are as least as friendly and outgoing.
