[a/s] New to the game... some questions regarding my "new" 1963 Globe Trotter

Hello everyone!  My wife Pat and I just bought (yesterday) a 1963 Globe
Trotter that is going to be my project for the summer (and beyond!).  A few
questions:

1)  I need to find a caster-wheel for the trailer-jack.  I measured the
outside diameter and it comes to 1 1/2 inches (so, I need one slightly
bigger to slip over the tube).  Is there one made specifically for
Airstream?

2)  Where can I find a good set of plans and/or pictures of interiors
(floorplan, plumbing, furniture, wiring, specs) to get started?  Our unit is
missing the front dining table, benches, cabinet doors, bathroom cabinetry,
and curb-side seating assemblies, plus lots more...

3)  Thanks! That should get me started.
