Remeber the first thing you advised me to check when I called you regarding
my Dometic not cooling in refrig section (as it was freezing up above just
fine)?

You told me to check to make sure my door was closing all the way. You said
as dumb as it may sound, it may just be the door not sealing. I told you
that the door was closing just fine. (and at the same time thought it was
kind of silly advise.....like the first thing you ask someone when their car
stops running..."is there gas in it?)

Well guess what? My door wasn't sealing. I was not closing it all the way.
Now, I use my knee to gently push on the lower portion of the door when
closing it and it's cooling perfectly.

Thanks for the "not so silly advise".
