[a/s] HELP!!

Can anyone offer quick advice???  I purchased an 85 Sovereign from a couple 
two months ago- and the Dometic refrig. worked fine then- and they had done 
some work on it since 85.
Well we are finally ready to take our first big trip for the Memorial Day 
weekend tomorrow, and I started up the refrig this morning- actually an RV 
guy started it for me- he was changing out some dryrotted gas lines.  The 
freezer is working, but the refrigerator has not cooled at all.  I tried to 
level my AS as much as possible in my driveway.  I don't know what to do or 
try?  From my manuals, it looks like only the freezer has a coolant system 
and the air somehow moves down from there???
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Also- I would like to drain the 
water from the water tank and put fresh in.  I can't find reference to a 
drain- do I have to drain the fresh water tank by running the sinks (and 
pump) and then empty the gray water tank??
