I'm really in the dark about this....what panels are you removing?  I 
couldn't begin to remove the panels of my Excella...they are Part of the A/S. 
 Please read my earlier email on my process.  I think the coating that's on 
my walls is a vinyl that is BONDED to the interior aluminum skin.  This is 
what my process was on top of...the original vinyl bonding.  I would NEVER 
have painted over paint.  If there is a previous paint on the vinyl...I would 
suggest taking the time and effort to remove it all.  Who knows what medium 
they used !  I wouldn't suggest painting unless you really want the effect to 
change that drastically.
